Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Program Cancellation by the Institute

• C-Clarke reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or merge classes or programs due to insufficient enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• In such cases, students will be offered alternative arrangements or a full refund of fees paid for the cancelled program.

2. Student-Initiated Cancellations

• Students who wish to withdraw from a program must submit a written cancellation request to the administration office prior to the commencement of the course.
• Requests received after a course has commenced will not be eligible for any refund under any circumstance.

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Registration fees, administrative charges, and material costs (if applicable) are non-refundable once payment has been made.

4. Transfers and Deferrals

• In certain cases, students may request to defer or transfer to a future batch of the same course.
• Approval is subject to the Institute's discretion, availability, and program schedule.
• Deferrals do not imply eligibility for refunds.

5. Refund Process

• Refunds are only applicable for cancellations made before the course start date and will be processed through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
• Once the course has commenced, no refunds will be processed.

6. Force Majeure

C-Clarke shall not be held responsible for any delays, rescheduling, or cancellations caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, government regulations, or technical interruptions.

Refund Timeline

All refund requests must be submitted in writing before the course commencement date. No exceptions will be made for requests received after the course has started.
